here's a new recipe I came up some days ago. It is healthy, ready in minutes and truly tasteful!
What you'll need
Fresh mushrooms (~250g). I used pleurotus cause I love their taste but you can use any type you like!
Salt and pepper
Half a lemon
What to do
In a small pan let the mushrooms cook on medium heat in order to loose most of their water. Then add some olive oil, the rosemary, salt and pepper and the prawns. Let it sit on medium fire for 5-10 minutes.
Add the juice of the lemon and remove from the cooker.
Serve immediately adding more rosemary leafs if you like.
