One thing that is an excellent breakfast food that you should always try and include in the meal is some fruit. It can be any fruit you like, you don't have to only eat things like grapefruit in the morning. In fact, not many people like grapefruit because of its awful sour taste!

Instead, why not go for things like fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and cherries when they are in season. They can make a great and healthy addition to a hot breakfast such as pancakes or waffles. Or you can chop them and sprinkle them over cereal if you are pressed for time.

 You can also use fruit as an addition to more savory style breakfast. For example, slices of watermelon go very well with the salty smokiness of prosciutto ham and feta. It's very low in calories and high in water too, so it is a super choice for a healthy breakfast. ​

 

Drinks

 Beverages are something nearly everyone starts their day with at breakfast, but there are so many to choose from! On an average morning when you are running around trying to get ready for work, it might be a lot easier to grab a quick cup of orange juice or instant coffee.

But for more leisurely breakfast and brunches, at the weekend it is worth investing in some really coffee to drink. Yes, it takes just a little longer to brew than instant, but it is so worth it!

In fact, the bean grinding and brewing can even take on a sort of ritual like quality, that becomes quite enjoyable after a while.

To make the perfect cup of real coffee, you need to make sure you have the right equipment. Things that are useful include a good quality coffee machine, or percolator, as well as coffee grinders so you can prep your beans fresh. Carbs

 Of course, no decent breakfast is complete without some carbohydrate to get your body fueled up for the work ahead of it that day. There certainly are some amazing carbs you can choose from for breakfast time.
